We provide this service on both Bid-Build and Negotiated projects where the owner wants one entity responsible for and controlling all aspects related to construction of the project.
Design - Build
This service helps the owner control the cost of the project by bringing the Architect, Contractor and Owner together in the beginning to design and value engineer the project around the owner's needs and budget as the plans are produced. This method can be utilized with either the architect or the owners.
Construction management helps Owners that have the ability and choose to take on certain responsibility generally borne by the General Contractor. The Construction Manager (CM) will act on the owner's behalf, through administration of the project from the bid process through completion. The CM will coordinate with the architect, supervise the project, and review pay requests prior to owner payment.
